Hi Carl,
I guess I need a little re-assurance. Knowing nothing about this stuff except that I need to start getting my backlinks indexed, I’m trepidatious about buying something that needs some technical know-how in order to set it up. I mean, how patient are you and your staff? And will I be able to talk to someone or is help gotten only through support tickets? I know that Sean Donahoe offers to do his BLB setup for a fee, but I have a feeling that I’ll do better with your product; do you also offer some kind of set up arrangement? Anyway, I really want to get this. I just need that extra encouraging push. Thanks for listening.

I am interested in hearing about the installation of your script.. I am not very technical so I would like assurance of what it will take… I know you have how-to videos so hopefully it will go smooth… that being said, do you offer installation services for a fee to get it working correctly?
Do you offer a money back guarantee if I am not happy?
Lastly, I noticed that when I submit my pings to ping.fm for links to my profile links, the social sites like tumblr, blogger, posterous and others you use on your videos do not update when I send them through ping.fm… however, when I post inside of these social sites, I do get them indexed right away. Does your script get them to index right away like this? or does it just pass the post along and you will get indexed much later…

Hi !

I’d like to know if I can index backlinks I create for my Youtube videos with your script ? I create backlinks from Bookmarking sites and blogs (comments).

Maybe it is a stupid question (I’m a newbie), I don’t know anything about RSS feed for now and still don’t really understand how it works.
