I have actually experienced the duplicate penalty, as I posted a article to my blog and 5 minutes later some copy cat copied my article and placed it on his site. So what happend was that his article got indexed by google after a few hours as he had a PR of 2 and my article never got indexed. It really innoyed me , so thats why i'm always a bit worried about the duplicate penalty. Anyway this could be a good way to get some good back links. Hmm, this is interesting.

I use article marketing all the time and find that sometimes many hundreds of people are using my content.
