You and your customer will receive email notifications along with shipping tracking information. All you have to do is provide a Kunaki product and keep your Kunaki account funded and the script automates the whole process.
There are lots of good reasons to offer physical products like CD’s and DVD’s to your product offerings. Disks can hold much more information that you can offer with digital downloads. Returns rates are much lower with physical products – not to mention you have the option of offering your disks on eBay.

Is it possible to have this work so that the order goes to kunkai AND the customer also gets a download link.? I want to provide the option of getting the instant download delivered and have the DVD with extended materials sent…all in one easy order!

Yes, that would work ….just add a download to the product profile. This script uses the remote notification url, and that is available for downloads, too.
